We believe that the accurate documentation of your needs must be addressed before the quotation stage. This focuses all involved parties in the exact requirements of the project. No project is too small for this exercise. Usually bypassing this stage usually leads to "extras" and a never ending project.

Please before addressing any project consider the following :-

	Number of motors (sizes).
	Number of Inverters.
	Number of Safety Zones.
	Number of Operator panels.
	Interlocking with existing systems.
	HMI - Anticipated functionality (Screens - Alarms, adjustment, recipe handling etc)
	SCADA - Data logging, Multiple view stations, level of control.
	FieldBus - Make, type anticipated number of nodes.

This list is by no means complete. It is a firm basis to start from.
